As a regular Garena Free Fire player, I always look forward to the game's crossover events, but the 2026 Plan Bermuda collaboration with Money Heist might be one of the most ambitious updates I have seen in a while. The moment I loaded into the lobby, it was clear that Garena had gone all in. The usual battle royale atmosphere was replaced by the red-and-gold energy of the hit Netflix series, with the lobby, airplane, and even airdrops getting a full Money Heist makeover. If you are a fan of The Professor's crew, this limited-time event is definitely worth logging in for.

The Plan Bermuda event page is now live, and it acts as a central hub for everything related to The Professor's orders. I found an interactive video there that granted me some in-game rewards just for watching. This is a nice touch because it gives both new and returning players a reason to explore the event beyond the usual missions.

What Is Plan Bermuda?

Plan Bermuda is a seasonal crossover that brings Money Heist-inspired content to Free Fire across September. From exclusive outfits to a brand-new limited-time mode, there is a lot to unpack. I have been keeping an eye on the schedule, and Garena has spread the content out so there is always something new to chase.

Here is the event timeline I have gathered so far:

Date Event / Content
September 6 New in-game activities go live
September 12 Money Printing event begins
September 19 Money Heist game mode launches
September 22 Event ends; final money goal deadline

Money Printing Event

The Money Printing event is the core of the 2026 Plan Bermuda crossover. Starting on September 12, it asks the community to work toward a shared objective: printing 1 million dollars before the event closes on September 22. As a player, I really like this cooperative structure because it makes the grind feel more meaningful than a standard solo reward track.

There are three primary ways to increase printing speed:

  • Completing daily event quests.

  • Recruiting friends to join the cause.

  • Using Printer Fuel Tokens found in matches and event rewards.

Every dollar printed counts, so I have been making sure to complete my daily quests and use my tokens wisely. The rewards are doled out based on the amount of cash printed during the event, meaning active players should see a steady stream of goodies as the community inches closer to that one million dollar mark.

Exclusive Outfits and Cosmetics

One of the biggest draws for me is the cosmetic lineup. The event includes the iconic red jumpsuit, which is pretty much a must-have for any Money Heist fan. Beyond that, there are two exclusive looks inspired by the show:

  • The Plan Bermuda Shinobi and Kunoichi outfit.

  • The Plan Bermuda Street outfit.

These outfits give your character a stylish edge in the lobby and on the battlefield. I am particularly interested in the Shinobi and Kunoichi design because it mixes the heist theme with a more tactical, streetwear-inspired silhouette. Whether you want to look like a member of the crew or just stand out during squad play, these bundles add a lot of personality to the game.

The New Money Heist Game Mode

The thing I am most excited about is the Money Heist game mode arriving on September 19. Unlike the standard battle royale format, this is a focused 4v4 mode where two teams race to print the most money before the timer runs out.

The flow of a match is simple but tense. You and your squad need to locate printers scattered across the map, activate them, and then protect them from the rival team. If the enemy takes control of a printer, they can steal the cash for themselves, so map awareness and teamwork are essential. I found that splitting roles helps a lot: some players should push for new printers while others stay back to guard active ones.

This mode feels like a welcome change of pace from the usual last-player-standing formula. It rewards coordination and quick rotations more than pure mechanical aim, which makes it accessible even if you are not a competitive hot-drop specialist. I plan to run a lot of matches with friends once the mode goes live.

Should You Jump In?

If you have been looking for a reason to return to Free Fire, Plan Bermuda is a strong one. The combination of a themed lobby, interactive rewards, cooperative money printing, fresh cosmetics, and a new 4v4 mode gives the game a distinct energy. I have had a great time following The Professor's orders so far, and I am looking forward to the final stretch of the event.

Garena Free Fire is available now on the App Store and Google Play. If you are searching for your next favourite battle royale or just want a limited-time crossover with a lot of personality, I would recommend dropping in before September 22.
